How it works?

2. Choose a Service you need

3. Choose a Provider

4. Look at the list of precise services they provide and the prices they offer

5. Choose the date and time from their Calendar of availability (if a Provider is online, you can book them immediately)

6. Communicate with the Provider, give them more info about what you need and further info of your location

7. Provider carries out the project, you make the payment and submit the rating

If you want to become a ZimiHome provider, simply start by creating an account - the process is quite simple!  It takes just a few easy steps, and before you know it you will receive your first booking .

• You can opt to receive both cash and Credit Card payments, or just one of these options. Zimihome will charge you a fee of 5% + 20% for marketing your profile to customers of the final service cost after you complete the service.

How it works?

1. Create a provider account. Sign up and fill out all the required fields. You’ll be asked to upload documents and photos, as well as your Credit Card and Bank Account details, so that we can pay you out your earnings in case you had more Credit Card payments from Customers than cash payments.

2. Download ZimiHomeProvider app. You can create your account on our website or through the app – where ever is easier for you.

3. Wait for approval. ZimiHome will check your information and documents and if everything meets the requirements, you will get approved and your Provider profile will be automatically visible to Users who need your services.

4. Once we find you a customer and you receive a job request, you will be immediately notified and asked to either accept or cancel the request. If you accept, you will see all the booking details including the date and time of the service requested. Once you tap BEGIN, which is at the time you started your trip to User’s destination, you will have an option to communicate with the User and ask for more details if needed.

5. Once you reach User’s location and are ready to start the job, tap START. After delivering your service, tap FINISH and make sure to review the final invoice (if needed, add the cost of the material you used, correct the cost of the service as agreed with the User, you can give a discount if you choose, etc).

6. At the end, charge the User.
